MARS - Remote Service
MARS stands for Medipak Assistance Remote Service. The concept is based on a Meeting Point Router (MPR), which is integrated into the machine. Via this MPR, the machine can be connected to the Meeting Point Appliance (MPA) server. This enables our service experts to provide assistance and eliminate faults quickly on a remote basis.
Original Spare Parts
We stock an extensive inventory of original spare parts at our locations to ensure speedy delivery. And, machine-specific spare parts packages are also offered to give you in-house stock for immediate installation, trouble shooting and repairs. Options including warehouse management, JIT systems, etc. are available on request.
